Bus Sign Up Form

Bus will be leaving on December 5th at 6:30 am from :19411 Woodfield Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 returning around 3:30 - 4 pm.

Please bring a bagged lunch. We need your mobile number to coordinate before and during the scheduled event.

Interfaith - everyone welcome. If we do not meet minimum sign-ups, we may be forced to cancel the bus ride.

Please bring $20 cash to assist with associated costs. Please sign-up ASAP. Space is limited
